    Food Safety Management System Through Rack Intimation


    Abstract

    Automation is the Technology Concerned with Application of Mechanical, electronics & computer based systems to operate & control production. n. Due to advancement in technology we have seen automation of many things. We have seen an automated vending machine which will serve a hot or soft drinks, Chocolates &many things. The aim of this project is to deliver the food safely to the consumer. Consider each person has their personal rack in order to get their food from the supplier. This project consists of microcontroller, load sensor, door sensor, and GSM module. Door sensor is used to sense the count (i.e) no of times the door has opened. Load sensor is used to identify whether the rack of a person contains any food. Load sensor and door sensor output is given to the microcontroller. According to these signals microcontroller generates the control signal and send it to the GSM module. If any food is kept inside the rack, the information will be sent to the user with the help of GSM. If the person didn’t open the his/her rack for a long time after the supplier kept the food inside rack, then the alert message will be sent to that person through GSM.
