    FABRICATION OF METAL SENSING AND COLLECTING MACHINE


    Abstract

    In Vehicles, even though the driver is very careful, the tires may be damaged by pins or nails on the road. To avoid this, the road should be free from these materials. This project is developed for the users to prevent the vehicle tire from unnecessary damage using Electromagnetic metal collector. It mainly consists of Metal sensor, electromagnets, battery, vehicle and control unit. The metal sensor is connected at the front of the vehicle. The electromagnets are fixed in front of the vehicle near the two front wheels. This electromagnets are energized by a battery through controlling unit. When the vehicle is running, the metal sensor senses if there is any metals on the road. If it senses any metals, immediately it sends signal to the control module. The control module operates the electromagnets and thus the electromagnets are energized. It can attract pins and other sharp edge materials. Thus the electromagnet will collect the materials from the road. The wheels of the vehicle are operated by electric motors.
