FABRICATION OF PIPE INSPECTION MACHINE

Abstract

A machine is a system combining many subsystems that interact among themselves as well as with the environment in which the machine works. Pipe inspection machine is very unique which can be travelled inside the pipe. It consists of gear motors, wheels, machine frame, RF remote control, camera etc. The front and back wheels are connected with the frame through gear motors. The left two wheels and the right two wheels are connected so that they can be shortened and lengthened through spring. Due to this action, the device can be easily fit inside the pipe and the wheels can give more grip. The remote control module will be operated by the hand set. According to the remote operation, the machine will go inside the pipe and find the fault areas and will report.
