    FABRICATION OF BLOWER WATER SPRAYING FIRE EXTINGUISHING SYSTEM


    Abstract

    Fire extinguisher plays an important role in our life. In formal fire extinguishers, Sodium bicarbonate gas is kept inside a cylinder in compressed state. When the nozzle of the cylinder is opened, the gas comes out with high pressure and it extinguishes the fire. Sometimes, at the emergency time, if the nozzle is not opened, it may lead critical situation. To avoid this, we propose a new method of extinguishing fire called Blower water spraying technique. It consists of air tank, hose, nozzle, water container etc. The nozzle consists of two inlets and one outlet. One inlet is connected with air tank and other is connected with water tube. The water tube is dipped inside the water container. The air flow can be controlled by the control valve. When the flow control valve is opened, the air rushes through the hose and comes out through the nozzle. Due to the air pressure, the water from the container is sucked and mixed with the exit air. Thus with high pressure, the water will come out of the nozzle with the high pressure air. This extinguishes the fire.
