    FABRICATION OF HYDRAULIC TIPPER

    Abstract

This project works on the principle of Pascal’s Law. It states that “In a fluid at rest in a closed container, a pressure change in one part is transmitted without loss to every portion of the fluid and to the walls of the container”. Hydraulic tipper is a vehicle used to lift tipper using hydraulic pressure. It consists of two cylinder piston, tipper, Gear motor, switches etc. The two cylinders are connected through rubber hose and filled with brake oil. The motors are connected with the power supply through switches. The tipper is connected with the piston of Cylinder2. Cylinder1 and forward and reverse switches are connected with the handset. When the piston 1 is pressed, according to pascal’s law, piston2 will move upward. This operates the tipper to unload the items. When the piston1 is pulled, the piston2 will be moved downwards. Thus the tipper will be restored. The vehicle can be moved using the press buttons.
