FABRICATION OF SOLAR POWERED AUTO CHARGING CUTTING MACHINE

Abstract

This project is developed for the users to use auto charging cutting machine with solar power It consists of three modules. 1. Solar panel 2. Battery 3. Inverter section 4. Cutting machine The solar panel converts solar power into electric power. The electric power is stored in a 12V Rechargeable battery. The inverter is connected with the Battery. When ever sun light is available, the electric power from the solar cell is given to the battery for charging. The inverter section converts the 12V DC to 230V AC. When the cutting motor is switched on, the AC power supply is given to the cutting motor and thus the cutting motor operates the cutting tool. Thus the cutting machine requires no external electric power.
