PNEUMATIC DOUBLE AXIS WELDING MACHINE

Abstract

The aim of the project is to design and fabricate a PNEUMATIC DOUBLE AXIS WELDING MACHINE. This project consists of two Solenoid Valves, pneumatic cylinders, relays, electronic control unit and a stand. The construction is very simple when compared to other pneumatic equipment’s. The main objective of this project is to fabricate a double axis welding machine. In this method the welding machine is controlled by air. We have used automatic cylinders to control all the functions of our project. Two pneumatic cylinders are used one for rotary motion and another for up and down motion. This method is very cheap and its operation is fast.
