    Rapid Fees Collector


    Abstract

    This project is envisioned for automatic fees collection mechanism. Rapid Fees Collector deals with automation process of calculating students balance payment details and collecting amount from that student. According to that gives bill for that particular student. The various basic information details are gathered and included in this project. This project is also helping the users in an easy manner without any unnecessary wastage of time. The project is also designed with full consideration to help the users accomplish their task more efficiently, accurately and interactively. My database had all students’ details which are stored by admin when each student paid the fees amount at first. The database contains students name, register no, Student’s fees structure, paid details, balance details. By using this project I connect that database to my machine. Once students give their register no, the system shows all details about the particular students fees structure. Whether the student doesn’t pay full fees means the system shows the balance fees details of that particular student. If the student likes to pay their balance fees, the student gives card no and register number to my machine. Immediately machine count the amount and stores that values into that particular student’s database. Also gives the balance information of that particular student whether he/she doesn’t pay full balance amount.


    Existing System

    The existing system is a manual or semi-automated system. In existing system, information can be stored in the form of Books or thin databases. Sharing data from one department to another department is not possible; it may cause lot of delay because data is not centralized. There were no proper database managements to store respective data of corresponding details. The complete monitoring of details was not made correctly. Information retrieval was very slow and the customer had to wait for a long time.


    Proposed System

    The proposed method connects that database to our machine. Once students give their register no, the system shows all details about the particular students fees structure. Whether the student doesn’t pay full fees means the system shows the balance fees details of that particular student. If the student likes to pay their balance fees, the student gives card no and register number to our machine. Immediately machine count the amount and stores that values into that particular student’s database. Also gives the balance information of that particular student whether he/she doesn’t pay full balance amount. User friendliness is provided in the application with various controls. The system makes the overall project management much easier and flexible. It can be accessed over the internet. Vast amount of data can be stored. There is no risk of data mismanagement at any level while the project development is under process. It provides high level of security.
